We spent a beneficial morning working on the parking lot island at River Trails Nature Center. It had been planted with pollinator flowers but was in need of maintenance. We pulled the ever-spreading Canadian goldenrod as well as some other overly aggressive plants. We are hoping the crowded-out beauties will now be able to flourish….
